Day wise Itinerary
DAY 1 Delhi| Arrival and Sightseeing
Arrival and Sightseeing Arrive in Delhi and get transfered to your hotel. Check-in and later visit Old Fort and Delhi Zoo. In the evening visit the bustling and iconic connaught place marketplace. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 2 Delhi| Sightseeing
Today, enjoy a city tour of Delhi. Visit the Raj Ghat and Red Fort. Later visit the Jantar Mantar, India Gate, and Akshardham Temple where you may opt to experience the Indian cultural exhibits and musical fountain (at own expense). Overnight at hotel.
DAY 3 Delhi to Agra (240km/ 5hrs)
Today, drive all the way to Agra. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and later proceed to visit the Taj Mahal, which was built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in 1630 AD for his beloved queen, Mumtaz Mahal. Overnight stay at the hotel. Note: Taj Mahal is closed for Visitors on Friday. It will be covered on the other day in Agra, if required.
DAY 4 Agra| Sightseeing
Today, visit the grand mausoleum of Akbar at Sikandra. Later visit the imposing Agra Fort, the majestic Tomb of Itimad- ud- Daulah, and Mehtab Bagh for the rear view of the Taj. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 5 Agra to Jaipur (240 km/ 5 hrs)
Early morning, visit the Taj Mahal again (optional) and then drive to Jaipur. En-route, visit Fatehpur Sikri – Akbar’s once majestic capital city which has many wonderful monuments and relics of the past. Upon reaching Jaipur, check-in to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
DAY 6 Jaipur| Sightseeing
Today, visit the grand Amer Fort, located 11 kilometres away from Jaipur. Amer was the ancient capital of Kachwaha dynasty before Jai Singh founded Jaipur. Later, visit City Palace Museum, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, and the delightful Pink city area which is a photographer’s delight. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 7 Jaipur to Delhi| Departure
Today, drive back to Delhi for your return flight/train. You are requested to plan your departure considering the 5 hour drive from Jaipur to Delhi.
