7 Night 8 Days(S): Cochin (1N) Munnar (2N) Thekkady (1N) Allepey (1N) Kovalam and Poovar (2N)
Day wise Itinerary
Arrive at the airport and experience our prompt transfer and check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon, proceed for the Cochin city tour covering Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue. Visit Fort Cochin area which houses St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets. Have overnight stay at the hotel in Cochin.
DAY 2 Cochin to Munnar (145 kms/4-5 hours)
Proceed to Munnar. Enroute, halt for refreshments. Visit Valara Waterfalls enroute Munnar. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Visit the tea plantations in the evening at Devikulam. Enjoy overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar.
DAY 3 Munnar
Proceed for a local sightseeing, covering Maatupetty Dam and Echo Point. Also, visit Tata Tea Museum. Spend the Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 4 Munnar to Thekkady (105 kms/3-4 hours)
Proceed to Thekkady. Enroute, visit Nedumkandam Chillies Spice Garden. Take a brief spice plantation tour. Arrive in Thekkady and check-in to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel in Thekkady.
DAY 5 Thekkady to Allepey (135 kms/3-4 hours)
Drive all the way to Allepey. Check-in to your hotel upon arrival. Spend the free time at the backwaters. Over night stay at hotel.
DAY 6 Allepey to Kovalam (205 kms/5-6 hours)
Head to Kovalam. Check-in to your hotel upon arrival. Spend the evening at leisure or spend some quality time with your friends/family on the Kovalam beach. Enjoy overnight stay at the hotel in Kovalam.
DAY 7 Kovalam
Following breakfast at the hotel, you would come onto the last leg of your holiday. After check-out, bid adieu to the beautiful islands as you get ready for your transfer to the airport to board your flight home. The transfer to the Airport would be on a seat-in-coach basis.
DAY 8 Departure from Trivandrum
Depart to Trivandrum Airport and board the flight for your hometown. Your tour concludes here with unlimited memories.
